August 23rd: Two new signings: CONFLAGRATION (N) and OMEGA CENTAURI (UK/BE) Another two releases slated for 2012; CONFLAGRATION, featuring among others Sadomancer of DEATHHAMMER, plays oldschool death metal with elements of thrash. A two song demo can be streamed at their Myspace. Duplicate will release their debut sometime in 2012. OMEGA CENTAURI is an experimental black metal project from England / Belgium. Their debut album, "Universum Infinitum" will be out in January 2012, and you can listen to a sample on their Myspace.
June 1st: New signing: REPELLENT We are proud to announce that we will release the debut album from Kolbotn, Norway's death thrashers REPELLENT late 2011 / early 2012. Check out a couple of previews here.
May 25th: EXECRATION release gig + 2LP release, SOLSTORM & LEGIONES out now + VACANTFIELD MCD completed...
EXECRATION are celebrating the release of their soon-to-be-released sophomore masterpiece Odes Of The Occult with a show at Unholy (Oslo) on June 11th. Grindcrusher will appear as support. The album itself will be released on June 27th, but can already be preordered. Preorders will also receive a download code prior to the gig. The album will only be available from the band and here for the time being due to its limitation. So make sure to get your copy of this album which was recently awarded Fenriz' Album Of The Month in Close-Up Magazine and is already receiving rave reviews. SOLSTORM's eponymous debut album was finally released via Indie Distribution this week. Get it at your dealer or get it here. The debut EP of Trondheim's anti religious extreme metallers LEGIONES is also available now. Greek progressive black metal act VACANTFIELD have completed work on the debut MCD Iteration to be released on Duplicate this fall. 20 minutes of experimental black metal with elements of thrash, heavy metal and avantgarde blended in makes Iteration one of the most exciting debuts this year. Fans of DHG, Arcturus, Thorns and basically anyone into the dark and progressive sides of metal are strongly encouraged to check out the track Worms Of Sulphur now available to stream on Myspace.
April 6th: New signing: VIðR, new VIRUS live dates and merch... Viðr are a new Norwegian black metal band we've been watching for a while, due to their promising Myspace samples. Their debut album, titled "Hedensk Skikk Og Tro" should be finished soon, and ready for release sometime in 2012.

February 24th: New signing: VETTER VETTER is a pretty unknown one-man act from the south east of Norway, presenting his debut album on Duplicate in late 2011 / early 2012. Expect a dark, harrowing journey into unknown lands somewhere between black metal, folk and ambient or True Norwegian Folk Noise as VETTER puts it. One of the most interesting propositions we've heard in a good while! A couple of promo tracks can be heard here.

January 11th: VOID singer has passed away... We are extremely sad to inform you that Ben Lowe, vocalist on VOID's new album, has commited suicide. More details on the band's Myspace. Our deepest condolances and utmost sympathy to the band, friends and family. R.I.P. In other VOID news, a recent interview with the band has been published here.
January 10th: New Years' update... VOID's self-titled second album is now officially out, and reviews have started to come in. Good ones too. The VIRUS album is currently in print, awaiting approval in the audio and art departments. Once this is taken care of it's all really up to how fast the plants can deliver. We hope to start mailing out the preorders late January / early February, and by the look of things it might just happen. If you've placed a preorder it's not necessary to email us for the status. Wheels are turning, and you will get your stuff, just please be patient. Thanks for your support! For reasons we don't care to mention, the NEKROMANTHEON cd still hasn't arrived. Rest assured this is completely beyond our control though, and we are doing everything we can to make the powers that be get things sorted. The cds should be here within a week, maybe two, but then again, we've been saying that for months, so... Apologies to everyone preordering, your patience will be rewarded. We are redoing the site due to some things that need to be fixed. A major part of it is simplifying the Mailorder section, which will be in scroll-form for the time being (apologies for that to you osCommerce addicts). We also have to make foreign currency calculations by date from now on, which means prices will only be listed in Norwegian kroners on the site.
November 18th: VIRUS to play live with ULVER! After 10 years as a sole studio band, VIRUS are finally announcing their debut live performance, as support for ULVER at the KOKO in London on March 22nd, 2011. Get your tickets here. VIRUS album slightly delayed... We regret to inform you that the VIRUS album has been somewhat delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The release will be sometime early 2011, we will announce a more specific date ASAP. WARBASTARD album nearly finshed! UK alcothrashers WARBASTARD are currently putting the finishing touches to their debut album, tentatively titled "Principia Thrashmatica". Out within the first half of 2011.
